Returns and Refunds

Should you receive an item that is not satisfactory, please return the item to the address below. I do not cover the cost of return postage, and equally the postage cost for shipping the item will not be included in the refund. Items must be received in re-sellable condition, any items received damaged and not in perfect condition will not be eligible for a refund so please ensure that you use suitable packaging.

If you are not happy with your order please contact me via email within 5 days of receiving your order so that I can offer to replace or refund your order. 

All items should be received within 14 days of the dispatch date to be eligible for a refund.

Items that have been worn, washed or soiled cannot be returned or refunded.

All sale items are non refundable.

Products purchased in a sale or Tuck Shop are non refundable.

Printed to order items ( T shirts and Totes)

These orders cannot be cancelled after payment has been made but they are eligible for refunds under the conditions stated above.
